Catering & Events

Occupancy-  The dining room can hold about 40 people comfortably seated, and around 50 people in a standing-only cocktail party setting.  Our back patio comfortably seats 65 people, but up to 80 people can be accommodated if seating is not a priority.

Food Menus- Our catering menus can be found at this link: Station Catering Menu. All items are served in a buffet format unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.  There will be a $1.00 cakecutting fee applied per guest if you wish to bring in a dessert.

Beverage: A full bar including draft beer, wine, liquor, and n/a beverages is available as both a hosted or no-host option. Special menus are available upon request.

Amenities: The Station patio rental includes use of the picnic style seating, all buffet line equipment, normal service-ware and linens.  Our patio is not suitable in rainy conditions, however tents are available to rent at the customer’s expense (approx. $500-$1200).  Smoking is prohibited on the patio.

Minors: Minors are welcome on premise until 9:30pm nightly.

Availability:  The food and beverage minimums may be subject to inflated food and beverage minimums during Last Thursdays, Street Fair, or large sporting events in which we expect a greater revenue from the general public.  The booking manager will inform you of these subjections during the time of your inquiry.

Food & Beverage Minimums -A food and beverage minimum is required to be met for all event bookings. Minimums are determined by the specific time of year and date of your event. All food and beverage purchases, both hosted and non- hosted, count towards hitting the food F&B minimum.  If the group does not reach the F&B minimum, the balance will be charged to the credit card on file, plus 21% service charge.  The corresponding F&B minimums change seasonally, please contact us for more information on current fees.  Fee scale is based on whether or not it is a private event, or a shared space event. F&B minimums are exclusive of gratuity.

Venue Viewing: Interested parties are welcome to stop by The Station during normal operating hours to view the event spaces. Appointments are available upon request. A floor plan is also viewable below for the interior dining space and patio.

Rental Fee- A $50 rental fee will be applied to all bookings.

Deposit- A 20% deposit of the food and beverage minimum is required at the time of booking for all events more than 14 days out.
